Tai Chi Class

Ching Shan Tai Chi: Composed of soft, flowing moments, Tai Chi is an extraordinary exercise of mental and physical integration and coordination. Originally taught as a martial art in old China, it is now mostly practiced for its health benefits. Tai Chi enhances mindfulness, increases muscle strength, flexibility, and coordination. One need not be in the best of health or in top physical condition to practice this gentle exercise; however, even the most serious athlete will see a benefit.

Free class offered Sunday, April 19th at 4:30 PM to experience Tai Chi and see if this is for you.

Classes will be held the following dates: 4/26, 5/3, 5/10, (5/17 - no class), 5/24, 5/31, 6/7, (6/14 - no class), 6/21 & 6/28 from 4:30 - 6:00 PM.

Purchase a ticket bundle to save or purchase individual tickets for the dates you are able to attend.
