Kirtan is call and response practice of chanting mantras and sacred songs. We will sing mostly in Sanskrit, as is the tradition, and will also sing in English and other languages. Each repetition of the mantra is a way to gather our awareness and concentration and to be fully present in the moment. This is a heart practice, bringing us into contact with our own true nature. It is a beautiful and powerful way to be in community.

No experience required and all are welcome. Scholarship available by application.
