For millennia, cultures around the world have worked with dreams to make meaning of their lives. Mary Kay Kasper and Katrina Dreamer, hosts of the podcast “Dreaming Back to the Earth,” will explore the history of dreaming as a spiritual practice and provide ways to connect with Spirit and our own deeper wisdom in dreams. No matter how one makes meaning, dreams can offer guidance to help us navigate our lives.
The workshop includes information on how to cultivate a dream practice as well as time for dream sharing and a dreamwork game.

About Katrina Dreamer
Katrina Dreamer, MA has worked with dreams for a decade, and she does dreamwork with individuals and holds dream groups. She has a master's degree in Consciousness and Transformative Studies from JFKU and is the Northern New England regional representative for the IASD.
