A mix of challenging, fun and gentle asanas connected with ujjayi breath to strengthen, relax and heal body and mind. Yoga practice may be done without masks, on the condition that participants remain at least 10 feet apart.



About Chessy Kelley

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Interestingly, my meditation practice began in 1988 in India prior to my yoga practice, which began in 2000 in Vermont. Yoga has been an important addition to my meditation practice as I have always been very active and cherish the connection of breath, mindfulness and graceful movement that yoga offers for the health of my body, mind and soul. I have experience with a wide variety of styles including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Sivananda and Anusara. I have taken numerous workshops in these traditions over the years. I was 200 HR Yoga Alliance certified by YogaVermont in 2012, and have been teaching yoga ever since. I have a degree in social work which contributes to my understanding of our human condition and the needs that can lead to a heathier, happier life. I am currently working on my 600 HR training in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (individualized yoga therapy that fosters release of held emotions in the body).

I live in Charlotte, Vermont and currently teach Vinyasa Yoga online via Zoom, outdoors in Ferrisburg and Middlebury, and private individual or semi-private classes at personal homes.
