About Ellen Talbert
Ellen has enjoyed the art of physical movement all her life. As a young stay-at-home mother, she looked for ways to keep fit and engaged with the community, and began teaching aquatic exercise, and then later working with older adults in a retirement community. Her own yoga practice began after raising three wonderful children and householding for many years, when she decided it was time for self-care.
Ellen received her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher training certificate from the University of Vermont in 2013, and began teaching yoga that same year. She enjoys helping students realize their potential through developing a greater mind, body, and spiritual connection.
