Slow Flow Yoga with Ellen Talbert
Ongoing Fridays | 4pm - 5m

In this vinyāsa-based class, we will be directing our awareness to our breath and bodies, as we slowly flow from one posture to the next. This meditative practice will help you center your body and mind, and forge a deeper connection to yourself and others. This class welcomes all levels of yoga practitioners.



About Ellen Talbert

Ellen has enjoyed the art of physical movement all her life. As a young stay-at-home mother, she looked for ways to keep fit and engaged with the community, and began teaching aquatic exercise, and then later working with older adults in a retirement community. Her own yoga practice began after raising three wonderful children and householding for many years, when she decided it was time for self-care.

Ellen received her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher training certificate from the University of Vermont in 2013, and began teaching yoga that same year. She enjoys helping students realize their potential through developing a greater mind, body, and spiritual connection.
