Dreams as Spiritual Practice
with Katrina Dreamer & Mary Kay Kasper

Saturday, August 16 | 6:00pm - 8:00pm

For millennia, cultures around the world have worked with dreams to make meaning of their lives. Mary Kay Kasper and Katrina Dreamer, hosts of the podcast “Dreaming Back to the Earth,” will explore the history of dreaming as a spiritual practice and provide ways to connect with Spirit and our own deeper wisdom in dreams. No matter how one makes meaning, dreams can offer guidance to help us navigate our lives.

The workshop includes information on how to cultivate a dream practice as well as time for dream sharing and a dreamwork game.
