Art of Listening with SoulCollage®

Winter is a rich time for listening to what is wanting to emerge in and around you. Imagery speaks in languages beyond words to reveal gateways into knowing and expression.

Come play with collage as a way to befriend the layers of life through the creative intuitive practice of SoulCollage® - an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance. No artistic skills required, just a willingness to sort, sift, cut, paste and listen to what emerges. You will create a few cards that speak to parts of yourself and your journey. We will also have a chance to share and learn from what emerges from others. The day will culminate in a listening to imagery practice to deepen your understanding of what "happens" to show up!. Explore what is wanting your attention at this moment in time.

Listening deeply to tap into our inner and connective wisdom is at the heart of my work of community listening practices. I have been facilitating SoulCollage® since 2004 and Courage & Renewal Circles of Trust since 2015. I am Executive Director of WholeHeart Inc. a non non-profit convening and cultivating reflective leadership practices. The creative spark is at the core of all interactions, so listening to our light and our shadows is key to finding the dance steps needed to be nimble and aligned with soul and spirit. A long time friend of AllSouls and the labyrinth, I look forward to sharing imagery I have collected for twenty years that is awaiting to speak with you.
