Join us for a Monthly Day of Deep Meditation
Nourish your meditation practice with the All Souls community.
All Souls invites you to join us for a simple day of silence on Saturday, March 12, 2023.
This peaceful day consists of seated meditation, walking meditation, breaks, and sharing a simple meal in mindful silence (please bring your own lunch).
Registration: Please click above to register for the Day of Contemplation on Saturday, March 12th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Registration is free, donations are accepted at the door.
Schedule:
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. One hour silent sit
11:00 to 11:15 a.m. Morning Break
11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. One hour silent sit
12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Mindful lunch in silence
1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. One hour silent sit
2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Group sharing
Please arrive by 9:55 a.m. so we can begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.
