All Souls invites you to join us for a simple day of silence every fourth (4th) Saturday of the month, at 10:00 am - In Person Only
Day of Contemplation will NOT be held on Saturday, January 25th. The next date that we will hold this day of silence is Saturday, February 22nd from 10 am to 2:30 pm in the All Souls library.
This peaceful day consists of seated meditation, walking meditation, breaks, and sharing a simple meal in mindful silence (please bring your own lunch). This simple day of silence is held every month on the 4th Saturday at All Souls - in person only. It begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 2:30 p.m.,
Registration: Registration is free, donations are accepted at the door.
Schedule:
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. One hour silent sit
11:00 to 11:15 a.m. Morning Break
11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. One hour silent sit
12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Mindful lunch in silence
1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. One hour silent sit
2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Group sharing
Please arrive by 9:55 a.m. so we can begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.
