Come Enjoy Dynamic Breathwork Practices and Dance with Brian Tobin on Saturday, April 8th at 6:00 pm!

This 90-minute workshop will include dynamic breathwork practices and dance. Participants will be led through guided Wim Hof breathing techniques. After the completion of the breathing techniques, the Above and Beyond Group Therapy radio show will be played in the sanctuary to facilitate free-form and dynamic dance movement. Participants will be encouraged to express and move their bodies to the rhythms of the music. No registration required - just show up to enjoy! There is a suggested donation price of $10 - $15.00 per attendee which can be given at All Souls on the day of the event.

About Brian -

Brian Tobin is an integrative psychotherapist and yoga teacher. Brian offers in-person psychotherapy and private instruction at All Soul’s Interfaith Gathering Sanctuary in Shelburne, Vermont. In his psychotherapy practice, he specializes in working with those exploring anxiety, depression, relationship problems, emerging adulthood, existential questions, identity development, and the effects of trauma. With yoga education, Brian teaches weekly classes, leads trainings and workshops, and leads international retreats rooted in the tantric traditions of Hatha-Raja yoga. He emphasizes the value of daily practice and the cultivation of inner concentration, devotion, and service to the world.
