Join Us to Shed off the Cold and Stagnant Energy of Winter and Welcome in the Warm and Potent Qualities of Spring!!

Join us for this heartwarming practice designed to shed off the cold and stagnant energy of winter, and welcome in the warm and potent qualities of Spring. We will begin with 30 minutes of gentle slow flowing yoga accompanied to the healing sounds of singing bowls and bells followed by several longer held restorative postures. Terry & Heidi will offer Reiki and Aromatherapy to students who wish to receive it during the restorative yoga poses. Leave feeling warm, relaxed and lighter.
What to bring: Yoga mat, 2 Yoga blankets, 2 blocks, 1 bolster, 1 bed pillow, 1 strap and 1 hand towel. If you do not have all of these props, please email Heidi and we will find a way to have them available to you.

About the Facilitators:

Terry Bridgwood, Reiki Master and Sound Therapist:

Terry is a graduate of the University of Maine at Orono, a certified and seasoned Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Reflexologist, and Aromatherapist, who often blends these integrated medicines into her healing work. She is passionate about the healing arts, meditation, Interfaith and Eastern practices which inform her studies and work. Terry has been called an intuitive empath and continues to utilize this gift along with her alchemy of healing modalities, experience, wisdom and compassion to help beings relax, heal, and discover their true selves within her studio in Shelburne, Vermont. Heidi Kvasnak, Yoga Therapist:

Heidi is a graduate of the University of Vermont, certified professional yoga therapist, experienced yoga instructor, reiki master and business owner since 2005. She holds expertise not just in experience, but through extensive training and certifications in multiple modalities including therapeutic restorative yoga, reiki, anatomy, somatic movement, ayurveda, breathwork, philosophy. yoga nidra, and subtle bodywork.
