An Evening to Share Our Meditation Practices: Building a Contemplative Community

Many of us in the All Souls Community have contemplative practices such as meditation, prayer, and nature bathing. Many of have adopted practices following specific traditions, some of us have learned on our own. Some of us practice daily, multiple times a day, infrequently, weekly, or have had practices that have lapsed. Being in community helps many of us to sustain our practices.

This evening is designed to help us get to know each other's practice and support our collective and individual practices.

Rev. Don Chatfield and John Howe will lead a round table discussion in which we share our perspectives with the hope of helping all of us deepen our sense of belonging to a spiritual community.
